Hey all,
Does anyone know what kind of Cooperative play this game has? More specifically the PC version of the game. I remember reading somewhere that the singleplayer campaign allowed for cooperative play.
I'm considering buying this game but I don't like it. I'm not sure if its worth buying if it doesnt have a soup mode.

I've not paid a great deal of attention to the game as I fear it's well past my PC's capabilities. However it does look great. I'm none to sure about the co-op, I get the feeling from the offical forum that there isn't an online co-op option. However the majority seem to be xbox360 players, but then if there's no online co-op in a xbox would the PC be any different. Yeah, I scratched this one from my list when I read the dev interview below, last year. If you haven't already I'd suggest trying GRAW (ghost recon advanced warfighter) and GRAW2 - both have solid, though short, dedicated co-op campaigns. ------ "GS AU: A lot of people seem to be interested in a co-op single player campaign. Why have you chosen not to include that? Frank DeLise: Purely for time. The scope of the game is really big as it is from the sense that there's these six-inch drones all the way up to jets in the same game, so there's a lot to polish. The single player and the multiplayer depth is pretty big and we prototyped the co-op and it's a game definitely well suited for it, but it just meant that less polish was going to be put everywhere else in the game. I must admit I know nothing about this game, but from the developer interview I could understand they do see value of cooperative gamemodes and...
....this could be one of those games where coop will be released with an expansion just like Hidden & Dangerous 2 Sabre Squadron expansion brought coop they dropped out from Hidden & Dangerous 2.
...or it could be one of those games where coop was added with a patch like Codename Panzers: Phase Two.
Only time will tell.
